Wonewoc Welcomes You! Population (estimated): 834

The most southern village in Juneau County, Wonewoc is a friendly Village located in an unglaciated area.  It is enhanced by many rocky bluffs and pine trees. The countryside is truly unique and spectacular. The friendly atmosphere of the village is evident from the moment you come into town. The scenic village park offers many varied recreational activities for both adults and children.

Wonewoc is the midpoint of the 400 State Trail. (The 400 State Trail is one of Wisconsin's newest recreational trails.) It boasts good schools, churches, clubs, organizations, and a library which offers the latest in books, records, tapes, etc. The local government has done a great job in making this a village to be proud of.
